Our leadership has held senior roles at the Global Big 3 and applies Best Known Methods (BKM) honed across pharmaceutical, industrial, mining, and municipal sectors.

NanoPureUSA was founded in 2020 by Chairman & CEO Bert A. Hibl — a 40-year veteran of air, liquid, and gas contamination control — with a clear purpose: to raise industry standards by delivering Top-of-the-Line systems at the most competitive cost structure in the market. Every product we bring to market is the result of World-Class Manufacturing discipline and a relentless pursuit of Optimal Feasible Technology (OFT).

He previously held senior roles in major global companies. He founded NanoPureUSA in 2020, which now provides purification systems for medical, biopharma, micro-electronics, mining, and municipal industries.

Tammy serves on the Board of Directors and Chief of Staff at NanoPure. A former Pennsylvania resident and licensed Mammography Technologist, she is married to the company's Chairman & CEO and is the mother of three. Known as the creative force behind NanoPure, Tammy plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision.

Ryan Brady Hibl, our beloved "Little Warrior Prince", was a Board Member and Shareholder of NanoPure. His creativity and passion were instrumental in the development of RyanWater and JenWater.
