NANOPURE CYCLO-KLEEN

Use NanoPure Cyclo-Kleen for:

​The NanoPure Cyclo-Kleen contains a Dual Deck Linear shaker, 1000 gallon tank, two pumps and is containerized. It is capable of harboring the NanoPure Cyclo-Kleen unit + Koch UF736 Membrane System (or equal).

• First pass on the lower dual deck is direct feed from any source, up to 400 GPM.

• Second pass is the 4" Hydrocyclones, at 500 GPM, causing the flow to weir back into the dirty compartment.
• This causes multiple circulations through the cones.
Result! Very clean liquid, down to 24 microns.

The NanoPure Cyclo-Kleen can be built in a 20° container, only encompassing the NanoPure Cyclo-Kleen unit or it can be housed in a 40' container, encompassing the Nanopure Cyclo-Kleen + KOCH UF736 Membrane System (or equal).

​The 40' container would incorperate a Nanofiltration and/or Ultrafiltrati‹n system, allowing the water to be pure enough for Frac Reuse.

Pictured is the KOCH UF736, using the 1" membranes. The UF736, in a perfect world, will flow 174GPM.
